Karen-Louise works as a ranger and communication and development counsellor with the municiplaity of Herning. As a ranger she is involved with serveral educational, communication, and development projects, and with both small and large events. Karen-Louise has many years of experience teaching about butchering, hunting, and the processing and cooking of game, fish, and livestock. Her vivid, hands-on teaching about the origins of our food and the processes of production, Inspire in both children and adults the desire to care for themselves and for the environment.
