Jonas is a trained ranger and forest and nature technician. He is employed by NaturKulturVarde, which offers nature guiding within Varde, a municipality that contains both Vadehavet Natural Park and Vesterhavet Nature Park. These landscapes allow for many types of foraging, and offer a very varied selection – from herbs on the beach meadows to mushrooms in the forests. Jonas has worked with different types of wild food, but focuses especially on game, mushrooms, and making spiced schnapps.
